2011 Sauvignon Blanc
A well-defined dry white wine with tropical fruit flavours.
Grapes are predominantly sourced from Fairtrade vineyards in the Piekenierskloof region. These eighteen year old vineyards are trellised and grow on sandy loam soils.
Grapes were handpicked very early in the morning and only the free run juice was used. It was settled and inoculated with selected yeast strains, fermenting under controlled conditions at 12 °C. No wood ageing.
Wine of origin: Western Cape
Residual sugar: 1.93g/l
Alcohol: 13.5%
2011 Chenin Blanc
A well-defined dry white wine with tropical fruit flavours.
Grapes are predominantly sourced from Fairtrade vineyards in the Piekenierskloof region. These eighteen year old vineyards are trellised and grow on sandy loam soils.

2010 Chardonnay
A well rounded wine with rich red apple aromas and juicy fruit flavours.
Grapes are sourced from Fairtrade vineyards in the Piekenierskloof region. These twelve year old vineyards are trellised and grow on loamy soils with gravel subsoils. The vineyards are meticulously farmed and yields are managed down to below 6 tons per hectare. Grapes were handpicked very early in the morning allowing the grapes to retain their fruitiness and flavours. Only the free run juice was settled and inoculated with selected yeast strains, fermenting under controlled conditions at 12 °C. Wine was matured on French oak staves for 2 months.

2011 Viognier
A bold wine, with dried peach and apricot flavours and a tropical finish.
Grapes are predominantly sourced from Fairtrade vineyards in the Swartland region. These are trellised vineyards and grow on koffieklip and oakleaf soils. Grapes were machine harvested and only the free run juice was settled and inoculated with selected yeast strains in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation took place under controlled conditions at 12 °C.
